Skillset AI Inc. (“Skillset,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Delaware corporation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information in connection with our marketing website at useskillset.com (the “Site”).

Scope

This Policy applies only to the Site. It does not apply to the Skillset application ( app.useskillset.com), which is governed by the separate agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement) between Skillset and the applicable customer, together with any privacy notices made available within the application.

• Contact information you provide directly, such as name, email address, company, and role, when you request a demo, book a meeting, or contact us.
• Scheduling data when you book a meeting through our third-party scheduling provider (Cal.com), including meeting time and any information you submit in their intake form.
• Server log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, collected through standard web server logs maintained by our hosting provider.

The Site does not set tracking cookies or use analytics scripts.

How we use information

• Operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and provide customer support.
• Improve the Site and develop new features.
• Send service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time).
