Skillset is a full-fledged ITSM and support platform. We handle the full ticket lifecycle across Slack, email, and your portal, autonomously resolving approved L1–L2 requests end-to-end and acting as a copilot for complex L2–L3 issues. Approvals, RBAC, and audit logs are built in.

Yes. Skillset is a full ITSM, with ticketing, knowledge, integrations, approvals, and audit built in. Many teams run Skillset alongside their existing tools during rollout, then consolidate once their team is confident.
Every workflow declares which actions require approval and from whom. Skillset enforces those rules before executing anything sensitive, and writes an immutable audit log for each step.
We're built with HIPAA-compliant data processing, BAA readiness, PHI minimization, and a SOC 2 roadmap. We work with security and compliance teams during onboarding.
Most teams are up and running in hours. Custom integrations typically take about a week, followed by roughly two weeks of performance tuning as Skillset learns your workflows.
